Whether referred by your doctor, seeking a second opinion, or simply wanting to discuss a concern, thorough and unhurried surgical consultations are available at both Nairobi and Busia practices.

What Happens at a Consultation?

During a surgical consultation, the following will take place:

• A detailed history of your condition and symptoms
• A focused clinical examination
• Review of any existing investigations or reports
• Additional tests ordered if required
• A clear explanation of your diagnosis in plain language
• Discussion of all available treatment options including non-surgical alternatives
• Time to answer all your questions thoroughly

Second Opinions

It is entirely reasonable to seek a second surgical opinion before proceeding with any operation. Patients who wish to discuss their diagnosis or proposed treatment plan are always welcome. An honest, independent assessment will be provided.
